Will 2010 will be the year of the tablet computer?

Speculation that the Apple tablet the one we don't officially know exists yet -- will be called the iSlate.

 

Cogitation has it that the tablet is more akin to a giant iPod Touch than a keyboardless speculative enterprise Mac.
Rumor's that Apple's much anticipated tablet device coming early next year.Tomorrow's tablets will be big cell phones, rather than small PCs.
Unspecified ppl have heard that the Apple tablet will offer a 9.7-inch screen and sell for 800,or a 6-inch screen, and will sell for just under 700.Undisclosed sources also heard it will feature a 10.1-inch screen for $1000.
Apple has told software developers to conjure up versions of their iPhone apps suitable for a larger than iPhone screen.
According to the Financial Times anonymous sources,Apple will make the announcement at the Yerba Buena Arts Center,the exact place where Apple's chief executive Steve Jobs showed off new iPods in September.
Steve Jobs is extremely pleased with the device's launch.
Slate is a synonym for tablet,notably the Slate Corporation,a company that made applications for Microsoft's first failed tablet platform.
Who knows if Steve Jobs has already worked out a subsidizing plan with some carriers to lure us all?
